Rayuan Promosi

No...it isn't the Mega Sale. You don't beg for promotion. This 'Rayuan Promosi' is just hilarious. I had been laughing inside me for the past few days. On the way back from KL, I was stopped somewhere in between Teluk Intan and Bidor. For what?! Not for speeding...but for driving on the double line and inside the white-line- marked box. Damn it. The ten wheeler lorry allowed me to pass, so I pass as would any driver. I see no police patrol car, no policemen. So I pecut lah. Then I saw this man in dark blue shirt and pants in the middle of the road holding what seems to be a red flag. I thought his car must have broken down because I saw an MPV by the side of the road. What the!, the patrol car was parked infront of the MPV. IT's a policeman. Ya ya...pulled aside. Wind down my window, pass him the IC and license. One good thing, he didn't ask to be bribed. If he had I would make his life miserable. He told me politely that he would issue a 'one-way-ticket'. What can I do?

Went to the Lumut District Headquarters today. Got there at 0925. Lined up at the wrong counter. Who could see the sign saying 'Pertanyaan' which was placed exactly at the level where one's belly lies. So I had to line up all over again at the next Q. Damn freaking long. The guy infront had 20 summons to pay!!! Almost everyone who heard the policeman telling him that laughed. This particular guy and a monk(ya, he has alot of summons too, the stack of summons can make you a 555note book) took almost an hour to settle their issues. By the time it was my turn my watch was showing 1130, 2 hours of waiting. Thats not the end of the story. I had to wait another half an hour for the receipt to be issued. Thank goodness it's 'Rayuan Promosi' season. ahahah...'Rayuan Promosi'. RM50...after discount. Summon=discount. Hmmmph...
