who are you? identify yourself...
that website is by celcom...the one i posted is by digi...if you look at it..celcom's calculation very bias...why is the amount of time for calls to frequent numbers amount to 52 while the calls to other networks are much lower than same network...eheheh..if you see through everything..celcom is self destructing..their rates are much higher...there are more digi and maxis users than celcom..you do the math
i think its not about the price as much.
I travel to malaysia often, and i had used Digi's prepaid. I am actually quite frustrated about it, no, no the price, but the line quality.
hi smith k...i get what you mean..i myself use digi postpaid and maxis hotlink prepaid. yeah, by using digi you have to suffer from irregular reception. by next year the reception would be as good as maxis' according to a friend who works in digi...i know that celcom has the widdest coverage. if only they could provide more competitive pricing, i'm sure they would recapture the market share.=)thanx for the input

which means to say DiGi got bad service and bad coverage? go for Celcom then
pak belalang..it doesn't mean the service provided as a whole is bad. if you see and read carefully, actually digi provides better services. ie. cheaper calls across the board without as much price discrimination as celcom and maxis. a telco's service shouldn't only be measured by the coverage. although celcom's and maxis' coverage is much better but do you know that digi's every single station can accomodate more users than the formers? so long as the government is impliedly practicing favouritism in giving technology services providing licenses to locally owned telcos, we will never see digi moving too far ahead. what ever happened to a free market rallied by adam smith? has this country been practicing a administratively directed economy? Not so democratic don't you think?

I've been a DG-head for 5 years now, ever since I had my first phone back in 2002. I'm loyal to it, and fully believe it is the best telco in this country. The reception can get bad at times, but it's really fine to me, sine I don't travel to places with no signal all that much.
